Several forms are available on this website: registering an investment profile, submitting a new-build project, and the general contact form. In each case we process the data you enter, in particular name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of your investment profile or your project.

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
We store your details until the purpose of processing no longer applies, you ask us to delete them, or you withdraw your consent. Statutory retention obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
Recipients and disclosure of data
Your data is only passed on where this is necessary to handle your enquiry or where you have given your consent. In the course of our brokerage activity it may be necessary to pass your details on to parties involved in a project, in particular owners, developers, construction companies or investors. This only happens after prior agreement with you. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.
