Neubauportal24 is not a platform with nobody behind it. You deal with the same people who review the projects and hold the conversations.
Neubauportal24 is a brand of GILDEPARTNER GmbH. Under this name we bring together everything to do with new build: complete apartment buildings, semi-detached and terraced housing, individual new-build apartments, sites with planning or building permission, and schemes that are either in preparation or ready for occupation.
Our task is a narrow and clear one: to bring suitable projects and the right investors together. To do that we review new schemes continuously and speak early with those for whom a project may be a fit. A large part of what we broker is never publicly marketed.
We work with developers, property companies and construction firms as well as with private and institutional investors, family offices, agents and professional advisers. What matters to us is not the number of contacts but whether the right parties end up talking to one another.
GILDEPARTNER has operated in its present form for twelve years. Behind the company are people who have been running businesses for decades and who have built their working relationships over many years.
Susanne Wiertzema
Managing DirectorSusanne Wiertzema runs GILDEPARTNER GmbH and is responsible for the organisation and day-to-day operation of the business. She coordinates administration and provides the continuity that clients and business partners rely on.
Andreas Wiertzema
Property specialistAndreas Wiertzema has been self-employed and running businesses for more than 40 years. His focus lies in property and finance. Within the property business he concentrates on off-market assets, development sites and schemes, and on working with investors and owners.
Thorsten Georgs
Property specialistThorsten Georgs has been an entrepreneur since 2001 and has founded and built up several companies in that time. His professional roots lie in tax and finance. For around 13 years his focus has been on property development and marketing — in particular off-market transactions, the structuring of finance and the support of development schemes. Experience in planning and delivering renewable energy projects rounds out that picture.
Added to this are alternative investments, where he has international connections. The foundation of his work at GILDEPARTNER is the interplay of commercial judgement, property experience and a network of entrepreneurs, investors and partners built over more than two decades.
